Come on guys really , they do it to help protect the investment you made where is the argument or Defense in that he may be good guy I do t argue that point I order from corn bred all the time AMD always get extra corals and am happy there are some that say he photo shops , the fact remains throwing snails in box with wet tissue is not professional that simple there is no defense for that it's CALLED CUTTING CORNERS AMD YOYR EXPENSE

The packing for just pods shows you how important temps are in summer there is no argument about that point

We're the windows open or closed? It's 95 here today and with my window down in my car it was 95 in my car. I have a friend that works for the post office I'll ask him how hot it gets in his USPS carrier.

The right thing to do was for him to mail a whole other package the proper and safe way as every other respected vendor does

I just received my third order from them today. Best order yet....size/condition/count all exceeded my expectations.

Those snails you threw out were alive and fine. Yes they smell like death when you open the the bag...but they are alive and fine.

Your complaints are absurd. Mine came PERFECT (always have). Why would I ned any additional packaging?

d.

Yeah you must work for them what is absurd is packaged snails in box with napkins now that you reminded me I will post a topic in every forum to let the reef community know how they cut corners for profits!!! Winter they can spend the money to protect product but summer they cut corners when every other professional company packages there live stock properly without cutting corners at reefers expense now let me get to posting this bullshit on all the other forums and this one with its own topic so everyone else can mention what they think , have a blessed day. The snails where deal just like the 5 or 6 I took out my tank today

Call John and get your money back and move on to your LFS. I have had great service from Reef Cleaners and they have been in business long enough to know how to ship their inverts and backs that up with good customer support and a Arrive Live Guarantee just like Algae Barn does.

It's a fact , all company's dealing in live stock insulate there animals you buy for a reason a truck is 100 to 110 in back not even mentioning being in box since 5 am pick up and don't get to your door till 6 pm depending where you are on there drop off or the 2 days it takes to get to you with no insulation so yes you can have a good experience and I'm happy for you but if you ordered same snails you got today I'm winter he wouldn't of cut corners and would have shipped properly

I've ordered rock from there that was nice but my clean up crew was a disaster. Almost all of it was dying/dead or crawled out of the tank. I left the them in the tank for a couple of days hoping they'd come to. They were dead and stinky when I took them out.

tried reef Cleaners once, I believe I had 80% dead or so.
And don't try to argue with me, as I put them all in the tank.
After a couple days of them not moving, they got tossed.
Then John argued with me that somehow I was to blame.

But yes, this should be moved out of the Red sea forum.
