Need a proofread

So basically I want to make two water Heights, using two float switches and I think too theoretical Outlets I want to have a normal operating water height and another water height when the skimmer is off this way I can still maintain the correct amount of water while the skimmer shut off.
I know maybe you think it's weird but you'd be surprised how much I have my skimmer turned off and then when I turn it on the ato has got a whole bunch of making up to do
Tell me if you think I'm missing something or if this should work
Sw1 being normal fliat height
Sw2 being skimmer off water height.

(Normal theoretical ato outlet)
Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If Sw1 CLOSED Then ON
Defer 000:15 Then OFF
If outlet skimmer = off then off

(Higher skimmer off water height theoretical outlet)
Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If Sw2 CLOSED Then ON
Defer 000:15 Then OFF
If outlet skimmer = on then off

(Ato pump outlet)
Set off
Fallback off
If outlet normal =on then on
If outlet skimmoff =on then on

I would recommend to join the Neptune Community Forum on their website. You will receive help there.
