How to run my Sump?

I am thinking of purchasing a 150 gallon tank. The tank has 5 holes in the bottom of it. How could I run a sump off of these? Most things I see are overflows at the top of the tank... Any ideas? Also what size sump would I need? Thank you!

Where are these holes exactly? pics?
might they be for a closed loop system?
Or are they 5 holes in an overflow box (corner overflow,etc..)?
Dual corner overflows with 2 holes in one and 3 in the other?

I asked the person I am considering purchasing it from for a picture and then I will get back to you!

maybe this post is misguided, but those holes appear to be in very inconvenient and incorrect locations. Unless you are planning to run a bb system and are not concerned with fish being sucked down those holes going to your sump (which you could use mesh I guess), you'd probably need to seal these holes somehow and relocate them to a corner or the middle back or whatever you choose in terms of an overflow.

Those are for a closed loop system..
They are not intended for and should not be used to run a sump.. unless you want to get really creative and have some likely really goofy/awkward overflow box constructed (just say no to that thought right now.. not even sure why I brought it up)

If you want a sump you would need to drill more holes in the tanks back glass (assuming its not tempered)

I'd continue your search for another tank..

Those holes are for closed loop system.. if there is no "overflow" in the tank I would pass. For sure DONT try to use those for drains to sump... unless you want a FLOOD.
