Snail on Zoeanthid! Paranoid, help please!

Hey Everyone! Just joined up as i need some help now and in the future!
I am a newbie currently 1.5 months in on my 50 gal marine tank.

I bought my first zoa 2 weeks back and i am paranoid in case it lets off toxins and harms my family and i.

My question is will a snail stress out my zoa for it to let off toxins if it is currently on it?

The snail is brown/black with a rather different looking shell, more like a stone if that makes sence.

Thanks in advance!

As long as it's in submerged water, it cannot harm you. If it could, we would probably all be dead by now(think of the billions of zoa's in the ocean that are annoyed daily).

And to answer your question, no a snail crawling on them will not harm them or cause your family to suddenly come down with PALYtoxin.

Palytoxin while real is often blown way out of proportion.

I'd be dead 3000 times over now if that was the case..
relax.. don't worry.. Just don't remove a massive rock with them from the tank and lick it up and down or put it into a pot of boiling water trying to make zoa stew and you will be just fine..

Sound like a fire snail to me. If it is it'll eat the Zoeanthid!
Can you upload a photo?
