Apex programming for UV Sterilizer

I am hoping that someone might be able to assist with a program code for my apex that would control my EA 80W UV sterilizer. I want to run the UV sterilizer and dedicated pump from 9 pm to 9 am only and turn off the UV and pump if the temp rises above 80 degrees. I also would like the pump to power on a minute before the UV is turned on as well as stay on a minute after the UV is turned off. Any help that can be provided would be much appreciated. Please feel free to include any other suggestions/opinions for programming a UV. Thanks

For the pump:
Set OFF
Fallback OFF
If Time 20:59 to 21:00 Then ON
If UV_Light ON then ON
Defer 000:060 Then OFF

For the UV_Light
Set OFF
Fallback OFF
If Time 21:00 to 09:00 Then ON
If Temp > 80 Then OFF

If you want your UV bulbs and ballasts to last, you should run it 24/7. UV’s are not designed to be turned off regularly and shutting them of daily will drastically reduce the life of the bulbs (upwards of 50% or more) and cause premature failure of the ballasts.

One thing I have found useful is to delay the on for my UV after a power loss. Mine requires the ballast to cool before it will properly restart.
