Tried to order a Tunze cable.
Premium said not in stock yet. Said it would have to drop ship.
Found it at AquaCave so ordered there two days ago, only to get a call today that they would need to charge an additional $19 to drop ship it from Canada. On a $15 item.
I've placed orders in the past elsewhere, where shipping charges were out of hand because of the same drop ship or double shipping issue.

Not trying to be a broken record but the USA really needs better parts availability.
I thought there was at least an upstate NY warehouse so we didn't have to deal with international shipping?

I agree; it cost me ~$55 for 4 float sensor holders. Shipping costs more than the parts.

Premium Aquatics DO have stock I sent them personally so this is 100% NOT correct in any way shape or form

Aqua Cave are out of stock, I cant control dealers how they order however we are removing all drop ship options for non stock holding dealers that cant be bothered to carry the minimum to service the product

Premium have over $10,000 of accessories on hand CALL THEM.

Your aqua cave order is also shipping from USA NOT Canada. It leaves tomorrow by fedex.

who did you order from?

If you did not order from premium (who have stock) our drop ship rate for that is $19.

Guys, look please help me out here! If you have a concern the correct avenue is email us or send us a pm, all the above is 100% not correct and totally not worth the stress of us having to defend something in public. We offer probably the most open distribution known, everyone knows we put you all first.

If you have an issue just email us, please keep this forum as it should be for good information about the product line.

Guys if you have questions about product supply just email us we do not need to fill forum posts up with unnecessary negativity towards GHL when clearly there was not reason. A simple email would have resolved and corrected this.

This message also seems to be a few weeks old as Luke has been in near daily contact with me since the stock arrived asking questions, so for him to say the stock has not arrived yet, this message goes back a few weeks. If it does not I am lost why he would not want to sell you an in stock item that is listed on his website.

I have just emailed Luke to send me all relevant communications.

This is where issues get missed, wrong messages get out. Then we can not offer the service we hoped for.

Email us. Thats all we ask

Just an update - Premium Aquatics will have their second wave of goods arrive in about 14 days time, this will fill in the gaps in products some have been asking for.

We are consistently working with both Luke and Jason to increase the stock volume and making sure everyone has easy access.

So far the feedback has been awesome and we are very proud of our partnership with Premium.
