Is the Apex controller package still available for *Preorder Special $489.00 with FREE SHIPPING!* or is it now $494.95? Both are showing up on the screen; however, the basket shows $494.95 once added.

Sorry, we just got it updated. We were below the minimum advertised price with the $489, so we brought it up to be in line with that.

The word from Curt @ Neptune is that a key part of the Apex (the plastic housing for the base module) wasn't delivered when it was supposed to be, and slipped the shipping date by two weeks.

Apexes are expected to leave Neptune starting on July 6th.

Just got a reply this morning. The first batch should be here on Friday, and the second batch should be here on Monday! We'll get them shipped back out as fast as we possibly can.
