Hair like parasite coming off my Sailfin tang tail
We bought a sailfish tank from our LFS we got it home but it in Corentine and we notice A hair like parasite I believe close to the spot where her stinger is and looks to be another under her tail or the same one wrapped around. At first I thought it was a hair her but it has not falling off yet. It’s been 5 days. It does not look like a anchor worm. Can anyone help me please.

Has the tang been through prazipro or any other dewormer?

Im trying to more or less figure out what it is, so I can then treat for it. I’ve searched online and nothing looks quite like this exactly which makes it hard to be confident about any specific treatment.

Did you try a FW dip or a formaldehyde dip?
