7.0 PSI Luft Pump - can't find...alternative pump for ozone reactor?

I'm trying to create some back pressure in my ozone reactor (around 3 psi) and this pump worked great but mine kicked the dirt.

Doesn't seem like Coralife makes this anymore...I need an air pump capable of high PSI..there are more powerful ones out there but they smell like gas and are crazy loud...

anyone one know a good alternative pump that isn't crazy loud?

What is wrong?
Will a repair kit fix it?
