Skimmer selection for 150g display
Hello everybody, with black friday coming up I'm looking to upgrade my sca 302 skimmer to something nicer/appropriately sized. I'm running a 150g display with a 60g sump. Stock is about 15 fish right now and my SCA302 is having issues keeping up with my nitrates. I have plenty of space in my sump but the clearance area to get the skimmer into the sump under the stand is pretty narrow. My sca302 fits with just a little bit of clearance. Noise is also a big concern as the sca302's hum can be heard across my livingroom.
Any advice? Skimmers I've been looking at are as follows: Simplicity 320dc 160g-320g (leaning towards this one, worried it might be to small though) Simplicity 540dc 270g-540g (worried about it not fitting in the gap to get it in the sump) Eshopps Axium X-220 200g-320g (Seems solid, like the gate on the side) Eshopps Premier S-300 260g-500g (LFS really talked up the spiral bubble plate, premium price though and may be too large) Open to suggestions. Thanks!

Does the Eshapps Premier S-300 really work with 500 gal? It would be good to have input other than aquarium stores.
