Sepioloidea lineolate hatching.

Roughly all 43 of my pyjama cuttles have hatched and set up in the minimal sand/rubbish on the tubs floor to hide and work out what to do next.
I am feeding them my home made mix, but to make sure they get a good start I will get some benthic life on Thursday at low tide.
Cute little guys hey.

Not far from home. I was hoping the eggs were from a not described little red ocy that turned up on our shore line just 12 years back.

Yep, it appears that they predate on each other, so not many got there. This is the biggest in the tubs.

Aw, they look like blobs with eyeballs!

Off topic, but what is that thing in your icon? A really covered decorator crab?
