Looks like a sick anemone of some kind. I'ts bleached and it's mouth is open, both bad signs of being sick. Post this in the Anemone/clownfish forum.

Previous tanks: 200 gal fowlr 9" Emperor Angel and many different butterfly fish 4" maroon clown and several other fish, 50 gal sump, 40 gal mixed reef/fish mostly softies and LPS.

Thanks, I'll try that. They had one that was like green instead of pink but I only bought 1

i would stop going to that lfs if you left under the impression that this was a soft coral rather than an anenome

It almost looks like one of those Maxi-Mini anemones.
