Spot feeding Zoas. Who does it and how's it done?

The more and more I look at them, the more I want a Zoa garden tank. I have a few small frags now, and I would like to boost there multipling if that's possilbe. I've read some people have spot feed them, and they seem to enjoy it and the Zoas seem quite happy, though I can't remember what was fed to them, or how often. My question is, are there people who spot feed their Zoas regularly? What do you use to feed them?

We spot feed with Dr. G's 2 to 3 times a week and our zoas are doing quite well.

I don't spot feed, but I broadcast feed everyday and lots off stuff catches food. Only the larger pieces. I saw a post grandis showed of a product that you feed zoas with, using pellets soaked in something to encourage them to eat it. Was interesting to me but everything looks so well already I don't think it's needed. Plus I would probably forget to feed them.

I haven't yet. I was thinking about feeding those Hikari Micro Pellets though. (usually for small tetras) Just litter them all over the zoas the day before a water change. Yes? No?

I haven't target fed my zoas but do as Piper27 said and broadcast feed. If you have good flow food just eventually get to a majority of the polyps. I have been looking into target feeding though and might try it soon.

@IM24TankTeam, i got a bottle of DR. G's and i must say, this stuff is doing the trick. My one set of 3 zoas have already produced 2 "babies". I spot feeded my frogspawn a few times too, and it seems to love the attention too. I've been feeding with a long skinny glass pipette, it makes it easier to spot feed than with that large plastic sea squirt.
