Missing item...

I had a recent order where I ordered numerous smaller items and I did not some of my tubing. After waiting an additional 2 days for the thing to arrive due to smart post (even though it was supposed to be on my account not to send it this way) it arrived while I was out of town. I come home to fins everything in my order is there except for the 1" black tubing. What can be done about this? I have already waited two weeks for it....
