White fuzzy growth on live rock

I need help indentifying this growth on my live rock in my marine aquarium. It has been slowly growing and spreading. Some pictures and posts I have read people are saying similar growth in other pictures are a fungus but others argue that it is a bacteria or sponge. Can anyone please help me to identify my growth???
