What's up with me leather?

This thing was thriving since we got it, now for the last 2-3 weeks it's been shriveled up like this. All the other corals and fish are thriving, salt is at 1.026 and all other levels are great. Hasn't been moved, no changes in flow or light so I'm a little confused. Thanks in advance!

Toadstool corals are known to be very temperamental sometimes. If your lighting, parameters etc all check out then the best thing to do IMO is to just wait it out.

They can shed their outer lining occasionally. Have you ever seen it do that?

Yeah it did it occasionally but since it started staying shriveled it's done it every 3-4 days

Nothing other than adding a new fish that doesn't go near it. It's been shedding a layer every few days, I'm almost wondering if it's getting irritated from algae
