Brown slime on some new zoas

I just bought some new zoas and sps yesterday and everything acclimated fine and were open when the lights went off at night. Today 2 of the zoa frags have some polyps which have a slimy brown film on them and the flesh appears more translucent than the rest of the frag. These polyps aren't opening.

I've had this problem before with zoanthids but I'm not sure what is going on. Is there any way to save these two frags or will they just wither away? The palys, sps and 2 other zoa frags are all fine.

Any thoughts?
