So i have this long worm thing i have no idea what it is its about 3 inches coming out of my liverock

I am having difficulty viewing your attached image on my iPhone but was able to view a tiny portion of your picture in what appears to be a Spaghetti worm. Spaghetti worms are good/beneficial for the reef too.

IMO that looks like a peanut worm.

Does it have two tentacles that catch food particles as well as release a waste packet? If so I'd say it's a Spionid worm. They are detrivores.
