Whats the best place to buy Ricordea online ?

Hard to say. The colors are very dependant on tank lighting.

Buying healthy ones shouldn't be too difficult, but eye popping colors from the net is much more frustrating.
Try a shop that advertise the type of lighting the pics were taken under.
