new tank pump stopped while on vaca please advise

ok i set up a new 20g system with live sand and live rock about a month ago no fish corals or inverts yet.i went on vacation for about two weeks and came home to a tank that has a broken pump, it has probably been sitting there with two powers heads going for at least a week and no filtration. i took the water to get tested and everything seemed to be fine with the exception of a slight spike in the nitrates. i did a water change and that took care of the nitrates. will everything be ok sand rock or do i need to start over? thanks for your help

It's probably fine. The powerheads kept the water from going stagnant. I wouldn't expect any problems unless the pump cracked and dumped metal or some other toxin into the water.

What brand of pump are you using? It sounds like your good to go.
