Thumbs up Vonfinger’s LED lit 265 GAL Tank

Today I took some shots of Kevin’s tank. All I can say is wow!! The lead lighting is awesome and I love the way he could vary the color. The pics below are just a sample for now as I took over 100 and I need to take them off the camera and reduce the size for PB. Surprisingly most of the pics, and I’m talking about my camera skills here , came out perfect. Well, at least I think so. I’ll add more as time allows and post a few on our STARS tank thread.

All LED’s on:

Blue LED’s only:

A mix! Three modules with blue LED’s only and two with white LED’s only:

Jay

Looking down! The first two pics will give you an idea on flow in the tank. First is with the pumps on and the second is without. You can also tell because the LED's are easier to see with the flow off!!

now everybody knows what they missed out on by not going to Kevin's party.

Jay can you post pic of his fresh water tank? I know you took pics of that too.

Kevin's fresh water tank is light years ahead of most of our saltwater tanks

The water is so clear! If it weren’t for the fish floating around you would swear there was no water in it!! 375 gallon tank!!

Thanks for all of your nice comments, especially Eric & Pedro who have seen it in person too & who I had to escort outa here before they left with a frag! Anyone interested in freshwater planted tanks? Later! Kevin

Keni's Tank

These pics show why ever since I went to his party the first time I've always told anyone who is into fish/corals, "if you get a chance, you need to this guys setup".
