TWO Eheim feeder units brand new, won;t work

I do not know if I am missing a step, but this is bizarre. They take timeset, they take program, but they do not rotate except if you push the manual button.

These are two units ordered from the same source at the same time.

Is there some secret step or trick I am missing?

It could be you just don't see it @ the time it goes off.
OR set them up over a piece of paper & check the end of day.

vinny, dim me, ---and bad close eyesight. Last step: the default in revolutions is not 1 but 0. Sigh. I had to input the number of revolutions of the chamber I wanted. Never mind its whole JOB is to revolve...you have to instruct it. Many thanks for the help. And yes, it is sneaky and quiet.

Hey- we have all been there @ some time. When I 1st started using the Eheim I had problems too.

No filters: lps tank. Alk and cal won't rise if mg is low. Current Tank Info: 105g AquaVim wedge, yellow tang, sailfin blenny,royal gramma, ocellaris clown pair, yellow watchman, 100 microceriths, 25 tiny hermits, a 4" conch, 1" nassarius, recovering from 2 year hiatus with daily water change of 10%.

OR set them up over a piece of paper & check the end of day. __________________ 250 gallon mixed reef, 2 Reefbreeder's Photon V 2, Deepwater BLDC 12, DAS EX-3 Skimmer, MTC mini cal, 2-3/4" Sea Swirls, Aquacontroller & 6 Tunze pumps.
