not taking commands

one of my apex 8 outlet bar is only taking commands on some outlets.
I even tried to override to turn them off but they stay on.
Any help is appreciated.

What do you have plugged into them. They need a higher wattage draw to turn off the triac outlets. If the wattage is too low they will stay on
