My car is running great at 65k miles, thanks. No Porsche yet, but I am on the list for a 07 with delivery next year. Hopefully I'll get my allocation without any issues.

They are not all HGH common. Aster's tank (with the big bright blue stag at the end) does use Zeovit. More pics here: http://www.acquariofilia.biz/viewtopic.php?t=31378
Nazze's tank also used Zeovit at one point. He has pics of his tank with lighter colors from then. Most tanks posted are not running ZEOvit. All have different methods of reefkeeping just like some are BB (not sure if I posted those?) |

Really? I've never seen one with such thick branches. Of course I've never seen one anywhere near that size either.

From the looks of the tanks I would have to say most of them have been setup 4+ years... What do you guys think?

I always thought I had a nice tank, and I do. Mine has a mixture of LPS, SPS and softies. These tanks however are just stunning. The SPS colours make them very impressive. It must have taken years to grow these tanks to this size.

here's one thing I noticed, ... all the top tanks here in the US seem to always have all the coralline growth on the bottom edges of the glass and what not, but not a SPECK on any of those pictured from Italy! Are we just lazy and don't want to clean it all off, or what?!?
Or are their lights just so bright that even way down in their tanks, coralline has nowhere to grow?!? |

Some guys here in the U.S. do have the spotless look. Its more work, but looks a ton better. Coralline washes out the colors. The Japanese have lower Ca levels (400) which stunts the growth of coralline. Either way, it has to be scraped out. |

Edward, I had an opportunity to see Todd's tank last weekend. You need to put a photo of his tank up on here. It's not italian, but his acros are some of the nicest I've seen. Nice sized colonies too!
