dinos?
hey guys, ive noticed this slimy algae that keeps coming back. it went away after the move to our new house however it seems to be reoccuring after siphoning out and doing water changes. after doing further research it seems this might be dinoflagellates. what do you guys think?

Possibly dinos, green hair, or my observation bryopsis.

Yes, so likely not bryopsis. Dinos would be my second stab but hopefully someone else will get a look and lend a better opinion.

If it blows right off with a turkey baster then it's Dino's I had a case of them in my ten gal. Every other day it would cover the rocks and sand despite my efforts of doing reg water changes and blowing what I could from the rocks.. The one gallon water change every third day wasn't working so I did 2 gallons one day, the next day one gallon, the following day 2 gallons again. I repeated this pattern for about 3 weeks I feel like it starved it out? My water parameters we're on point despite a little nitrates in the water for the soft corals to eat.. good luck in your fight
