Question Water mixer

I see a lot of people use powerheads to mix their saltwater. My salinity is a little high right now and I have a water change coming up so I'm just wondering what you guys use to mix yours and how long you leave it submersed in the water. Thanks.

I use a Mag 5 in a 30G x-tall aquarium for my mix station. It is pretty much on 24/7, probably something I should change one day though. No need for it to run all the time
