New dry side issue

I just got my new dry side in the mail and I plugged it into the controller and it starts up than just turns off. No error lights or anything just loses power.

I've ruled out the power supply because it does.the same with a working power supply.

What can I look for to fix this?

Try to reset it to factory settings, Not sure if that works for a new one, but I had to do it to my 60s after being in storage for a few years, after the reset they didn't shut off. it was tricky for one of them, I had to plug it in, push and hold the buttons before it shut off. after a couple trial runs, I was able to get it before it shut down.

I haven't had any time to play with it since my post so it's still just sitting on the tank. I'll give this a try some time this week. Thank you so much!
