Lots of weird looking moving worms? on my glass

I was just looking at my tank and noticed a bunch of moving things on my glass. They do not look like pods at all and my fish are leaving them alone. They have a white head and the end of them have two points. Any clue what these are? I have never seen them before in other tanks.

Oh man, you guys are absolutely correct. Just googled flatworms and that is exactly what they look like.

Has anyone had any experience with this type? Are they harmful? I can count at least 20 right by my powerhead.

brown generally means photosynthetic not absolutely parasitic but that's trouble they tend to smother corals and multiply like crazy. you have a couple options like flat worm exit or depending on your reef inhabitants maybe adding a six line wrasse to eat them.
I'm craqp at Iding types of flatworms some one with a better flatworm brain than me will have to help you id them, I just call them the enemy.

Yep....but you can siphon them out with some airline tubing or use flatworm exit if you want...They are very common though and usually harmless
