I have been working on a smaller scale this week and to loosen up and not use any pencil sketches. Working smaller seems to be less restrictive then i thought. These are all 5 x 7" except the frogfish..that is 3.5" x 5..

In other news Trout Season has arrived in North Central PA...here are three paintings I managed to get done.. I know they aren't reef fish but ...

I have been painting some other stuff the last few weeks for clients. Yesterday was the first time I had to paint fish..these are small 3.75 by 7.75 inches...something small, quick, cheap

I have the frag swap and two small art shows coming up over the next three weekends so I have been trying to get some new stuff painted ..heres the last few weeks.. after a month or so off it has taken me a few paintings to get back into the swing of things
