Suggestions for nano cube-ish setup (20-30 gal)?
I've decided to seriously downgrade to a nano-reef size tank. I was thinking something with the footprint of the JBJ 24-28, but people seem none-too-happy with the included lighting. So, now I'm thinking some sort of stand alone tank (with equipment compartment back) that I can put a Kessil on. Trying to keep this under the $500 target. The IM 25 lagoon or straight 20 gal looks like it has potential, but would a single Kessil cover it? Anyone have any other suggestions on routes to take?

How about a Marineland 18" cube (frameless)? Add your own equipment and you are good to go.

I was hoping for a rear compartment area.

The IM 25 lagoon is nice. I've seen other people on here use Kessil and/or AI Prime on that tank. I personally have an AI Nano (very old unit which has been discontinued) but looking to upgrade to the Hydra 26 HD.
