Yes, mine is bigger than either of yours. Hard to get a good measurement, he does not stay still at all.

Thanks.
Once in a while, I tape a small linear segment of 4-6 inches piece of paper right in the middle lower of my tank. With this, as the fish swim about, I can fairly accurately estimate their length.
You be surprise how much you underestimate your fish size without it, at least I was.

Are you measuring the fish length, with or without the tail?

Had this wrasse a few years and he’s gone full male. Love the colors on them. I’ve kept several over the years and while they are listed as difficult I’ve been successfully with them.

Just one. Had two originally but one jumped but that was a few years ago. The transition to male was in the last year

Hi! I was hoping to keep this Tamaran primer alive! I just added my 15th Wrasse in my 200 gallon.....a yellow tail tamaran. I have 7 Leopards and one Tamaran....now two. My LFS had him for 3 weeks, he ate Mysis like a champ when I was there. Put him in, he stayed out about a hour and then hit the sand! Wish me luck! Sorry not the best pic! Will add more later!

My China Wrasse today. I was able to get a second one. Right now I am fating her up in my QT to release into DT once I think she is calm, fatter and eating well.
This is not my new wrasse. I had her for the last 1+ year

Here are my two China Wrasse. I am looking for either Red or Yellow tail Tamatin, but for now The China Wrasse pair will have to do.

Here is the pair, the light just come on so not enough light to get clear picture.

The larger of the two, getting lighter so I home she will change soon.

The smaller of the two, also doing great:
