Nano mushroom propagation tank

I want to creat a tiny tank(5gallon) with low flow and low light(18watt leds) for mushroom to be easily propagated. What are your thoughts, could this work.

I don't see why not. You could add a couple inverts like hermits, brittle star's, and a shrimp to make it interesting and add a little bio-load to help the shrooms grow.

Would my mushrooms thrive with a low wattage led light?

In general shrooms will do fine in lower light, 18 watts of LED (assuming it is really 18 watts) and you should be able to grow most polyps as well.

I grew sps and lps pieces under an 18w par38 screw in bulb in an 8g cube tank for well over a year. I grew monti cap, hynophora, acans, and zoas successfully.
