Tunze Full Spectrum restore default?

Is there any way to restore the unit to the default full intensity setting? I manually adjust to full brightness every day, but when it comes back in the next day (apex controlled) it’s back to dim. How can I get a new manual setting to stick?

Something has to be wrong with it unless it is possibly connected to a controller that is causing an issue or it is near a magnet. If you can rule those 2 out, let me know the age of it, it likely has a short causing this and we should replace it.

Just got it a few weeks ago. It’s controlled by an APEX as is my other unit which maintains its settings. I have a third which I immediately dropped in the tank while installing which is cooked . Maybe I’ll send it back as well and there scan be one working Frankenlight out of the two.

They are waterproof, what fell in the tank, the end box or power supply? Email me a copy of the receipt.

Got it, the replacement light will go out tomorrow. Please send in the one that fell in water and I can repair it most likely, we would replace the end connector. Just include a note in the box with our return address and phone number.
