Copper Power plus Chloroquine Phosphate?

I’ve been doing lots of reading, particularly on QT ‘ing “challenging fish” like some wrasse and anthias species. I came across a few mentions of synergy between copper and chloroquine phosphate, but I’ve not seen really any discussion or study of using both together. I am wondering, has anyone tried this or know of any data/studies looking at this?

In my mind, if there is in fact a synergistic effect, I’m wondering if using both simultaneously at slightly reduced doses may prove to be an effective treatment strategy that may also be less stressful overall to the fish?

For example, could dose copper 1.5ppm and chloroquine phosphate 20mg/gallon. These lower doses are likely better tolerated by sensitive fish, but with synergistic effects may still be effective in eliminating disease? This is all purely speculative, surely someone has done this?
