Tank Transfer Woes
Ugh... I had been planning this transfer to a 90g for some time. I had the water all set to go parameters matched to the best of my abbility. Also added 50% of my old water to the new tank to lessen the stress. But still 3 days after my transfer all my torch coral arent looking good. The only thing that doesnt match up is the Ph. im at 7.5 which is lower than usual... Im hoping for a bounce back but prepared for the worst. Nothing has died yet it just looks rough. Fish seem to be doing great tho.
Should I try coral Rx? Should I be concerned about the Ph? Anyone else experienced issues after a transfer? Last edited by reepher315; 08/05/2014 at 01:36 PM. |

If the pH reading is that low it could be a problem, how are you testing for pH? Try to open the windows to get some fresh air in the house and see if that helps.
