Been thinking about dosing Nitrate to increase the level of nutrients in the tank a bit. My nitrates are currently 2.25. Trying to get them in between 5-8ppm.

Does anybody have any experience with this?

Took this picture of the turf scrubber today. Phosphates are at .06. This thing is really starting to mature as it’s done a great job at keep my phosphates around .05.

Loving the growth on my hammers. One of my two mother colony’s broke apart as I was trying to reposition it. I’m loving how it looks though now. More room for the hammer to get even bigger.

When I don't know the name of a coral, I make one up! :0) Looks like it will be pretty cool.

Here is an updated picture of my reef tank. 2018 was a year full of ups and downs with this tank but I can now confidently say that things are in line and the corals have never looked better! Getting great growth and polyp extension.

Just purchased a frag tank to plumb into my display system. The dimensions are 36x18x12.
Still need to figure out the lighting so if anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate them.
