Thumbs up File fish breeding help

I discovered yesterday that my file fish have laid eggs? The smaller of my File fish is very protective of the clutch and fans them almost non stop. Any info or links to learn more about how to possibly care for fry and their mating behaviors would be appreciated. I had not even realized they had paired up.
Here is the thread I started with a photo and video. http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/sh....php?t=2697494
