Need a new return pump for my new 180 setup

What am I looking for when purchasing a return pump for my 180gallon?

I dont wanna break the bank, but I want something energy efficient and reliable.

Varios line of DC pumps. Over size some because DC pumps do not like head pressure.
Many still like Jaebo brand.

My brand is Iwaki, on a 100 g, basement sump. The Japanese motor (you add the plug) is what I was recommended. Mine has run for 13 years with one brief maintenance (I unscrewed the access, plucked one small snail from the impeller, and had it back inside 15 minutes.) One negative: loud. Very loud. Great for the basement, not the living room.

Salinity 1.024-6; alkalinity 8.3-9.3 on KH scale; calcium 420; magnesium 1300, temp 78-80, nitrate .2. Ammonia 0. No filters: lps tank. Alk and cal won't rise if mg is low.

Current Tank Info: 105g AquaVim wedge, yellow tang, sailfin blenny, royal gramma, ocellaris clown pair, yellow watchman, 100 microceriths, 25 tiny hermits, a 4" conch, 1" nassarius, recovering from 2 year hiatus with daily water change of 10%.

Better make sure the pump you get will deliver at least 800 GPH @ 4' Head. More flow wouldn't hurt either. Iwaki makes some of the best pumps.
