Copepods in the sump

These guys are everywhere, should I be concerned about them breaking my return pump?

Any that make the trip up through the pump will either make it intact or they'll get chopped up by the impeller. Fresh food for the fish in both cases.

Sounds good, thats what I thought but I didn't want to overlook it just in case (return pumps important).

Put a mandarin fish in the tank and you'll see how they decrease in number fast. But for sure they won't be breaking your return pump
