Urchin dying?

(Hopefully this is the correct area for this)

I think my tuxedo urchin is dying Hes still alive but hasn't moved from this one spot on the side of the glass. He also looks like he has a spot of decay. I've had him for about 4 years.

That spot seriously looks like a small closed zoanthid. If so the Urch probably not liking it's new host.
