And finally... WATER!
I have added the shrimp to get the cycle started as well as putting a large piece of live rock in the sump. Hopefully the cycle won't take too long! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9zHnoSx42qM Last edited by Anim8me2; 04/16/2016 at 02:39 PM. |

Plays fine on Youtube.
Is the water circulation really that loud? Maybe there's a cover off or a door open. If I had to listen to that for too long I'd be running to the... 'Scuse me... Dave.M

So after a few weeks of cycling I have decided to go back to using Prodibio on the system. Nothing crazy, just the basics. My old 65 was a Prodibio tank and it was very successful, just too small.
I couldn't find the pro sizes of the Start product so... 60 vials later. |

So my tank is cycled and I have a minimal cleanup crew doing their best to keep the algae at bay (so far they are on top of it).
15 blue legs and 5 Nassarius snails. And of course... The Fellowship. I will be adding fish slowly from my list and more corals later. |

When they first went in the tank that little one was the first one to break out and make a full circuit.

A quick update. Lots more to come, but we have a frag swap tomorrow!
My daughter will be going out of state for college so I am breaking down her tank and transferring the livestock over to my new tank. Here are a few shots along with my 9 new Bangaii Cardinals (I am calling them "The Fellowship of The Ring"). Lobophylia Under actinic Bubble tip It's messy, but its turning into our favorite room. Great looking tank. Are you pleased with the Vectra pumps? I'm looking into adding two as my return pumps for my tank.
