Been in my tank for about 4 days and he doesn’t look so happy. All levels are exactly where they should be.

Its not uncommon for leathers to stay like that for days or more.. It doesn't seem to be "melting" so its just fine.. They routinely close up to shed skin,etc... Just give it more time..

probably likes water slightly "dirty". once it takes off though it wont stop, good luck.

Mine stayed like that for a week when I first got it, it's normal for them to close up like that for a day or tow now and then anyway. Looks like it might like a gentle rinse off, like using a bulb syringe to gently rinse it without moving it. Mine likes that when it closes up like that, usually back out in a couple hours after I give it a bit of help getting itself cleaned off.

My devil's hand, has gone through stages of retraction etc.....when it was bent over like yours was from too much flow

They like the dirty water they're super hardy i wouldnt worry about it at all.
