It's been a little while since I've been to the front of your thread here. I just noticed in one of the pics that your zoas seem to be stretching for light. Do you have any PAR numbers for your tank?

I've never liked blasting my tanks with light. I'm trying to find a happy balance right now with LED lighting. It's touchy for the long term for me as I don't have a PAR meter.

Sure, Sure. That makes total sense. All the corals in your tank grow really fast. Ha,Ha.

That does raise another question for you though. How do you go about removing shrooms?? I've always had left overs unless I removed and cut the rock to free the area I wanted to "frag".

I just peel them of the rock.
I ha no problem that it grow back bexaus i love to see corals growing from shreds to full size.
If you really want to remove al traces you can inject the it with 10% caustic soda solution.

The 550D is same quality the diffeence just megapixels and some small features. Often the limitation is the user himself

it is impossible to share something without going commercial that is the bottomline.

I have been really confused looking through your thread. A whole lot of info is gone that was once here. I believe your ability to PM is gone too. Now I know why. I did find the info I was after cause I first saw your tank in a magazine. So I searched that article.

You still have a beautiful tank. Thank you for continuing to share.

This is what the skimming look like after 5-7 days using:
CarbonVS (week8 dosing)
Fe+ 0,15ppm per day
Fe trace 0,05ppm every other day
@ PO4=0.1ppm / NO3=3ppm
Busy lowering from 0,24ppm/25ppm Because RO device was disfunctional.

greetings, GlennF

Thanks !
Google search will bring you a long way.....
I won't risk the mod closing down this thread also. It would be a pitty and selfish to keep this beautifull archiefment, which i am very proud of to myself, so i will keep in line.
Sharing is made very difficult because of conflicting interrest of al party's including myself. Maybe in the future i will find the reason and the resources to pay and share. For now just enjoy the pictures.

Don't try to pm me because i have zero privilage. It's better that way because i have a hard time keeping up.
