I used it at first to bring up my calcium, it works. Eventually, you'll need the 2-part buffer as bringing up your calcium will affect Ph & alkalinity.

It is a fine calcium source. But I agree that other methods will have additional benefits.

Randy-thanks for those articles. Without reading those first, I would have simply put a liquid additive, without a second part. Good to know
