Finer particulate feeds such as rotifers and oyster eggs. They capture Cyclop-Eeze as well.

We have had a couple over the years and they are easy to take care of.

They come in purple, shades of green and I have seen a baby blue. They are easy to frag due to branching and with the right conditions can grow fast (NOTE- they will slim when fragging). Bone cutters work well and in no time, it will encrust and branch out.

We usually put them in the sand bed, low light, med flow at the beginning and then slowly moved them up for more light and stronger flow. Feeding directly was not needed as they usually just took what was floating by.

Hope this helps...if you have any questions just ask.=)

i believe a more common name, in my area is chalice, many different colors and varieties. nice piece!!

as far as feeding goes, very fine particle foods as suggested but should not be necessary to target feed.
