Reversal of radion graph change
So I was in my ecosmart live account looking at something on my radion schedule and I accidently double clicked a point or something that made one of my points disappear. Now I didn't re program the lights so it didn't change my lights now. However, any time I log in now it shows the graph with that change. If I ever wanted to change something like my intensity and re program them it will make that change even though I don't want it to. Is there a way I can just "undo" the accidental modification to my schedule and get the graph back to the way it was before?

Michael,
Double Clicking on a data point will delete it. That said, we do not have an "undo" button, but you are able to create a new data point similar to what you had and save it.

Once you settle on a graph you like, export it and save the file somewhere.
This way if you do mess it up in the future, it's super easy to re-upload your saved file.

Creating a new point would be fine if I could remember what settings etc I had connected to the point that accidentally got erased.
I had exported my schedule before... But a while ago I made some minor adjustments and do not think I re exported the new one. Maybe some of you smart guys at eco tech can incorporate some kind of undo button on the esl page. Sure happened easy to accidently double click and loose all my info for that point. |

Be sure to do what d2mini said when you get everything squared away.
