New toys showed up yesterday
Ordered 1 small light, wound up with 2 larger ones with stands and reflectors and diffusers..
Fotodiox brand, cheap but seems to work good for what I need.. Maybe a win for a change, they should help with my orchid photos.. Now to save up for a nice flash set..

So on the flashes, (also known as speed lights). Your 200 has a program in the menu known as "Remote Commander". The camera can control most of Nikon's speed lights without a remote connected to the hotshoe. I have these.
 Honestly, I have 4 of the speed lights now. For some reason they started to go up in price a few years back so I snatched a couple up on fleabay. The larger speed lights should be able to fit your stuff.

I will look into those Jesse, nice looking rig..
Down to two batteries on the D200, got to get it out more...
