confirm salifert alk test instructions.....

Can you confirm the instructions for the salifert alk test kit? there seems to be conflicting instructions floating around. the one on your site says 4ml/2 drops and there are instructions on the web that saw 4ml/4 drops. Please clarify......

Hi Steve, thanks for your post.

I shot your message over to a supervisor to double-check.

I just wanted to provide a brief reply in the meantime so that you know we are investigating.

You can perform the test either way; one is a higher resolution test, the other is lower. Both are acceptable and instructions for both are included in the box.

Performing the higher resolution test may provide you with a more accurate reading, but you won't be able to perform as many tests. Hopefully this all makes sense!

You are certainly welcome to call us if you want to discuss further: 1-800-566-FISH (3474). We'd love to hear from you.

Happy Thursday!
