Ati lab test?

With RO/DI water are you supposed to just use the water from the RO/DI itself or make up water?

Reason I am asking I get this:

Salinity supposed to be 35PPT
Carbonate Hardness -7.5 DKH

So are we supposed to make up water then put it vial?

I don't know what they ask you to do. Do they request that you send a sample of your RO/DI water?

Yes request a RO/DI water but it says this in results:

you see Salinity? Carbonate hardness? So I am guessing we make up water

I think that they are requesting a sample of freshly-mixed saltwater. The levels they report for "basiswerte" (basis) is 0 dKH and 0 ppt, which would correspond to your RO/DI.

I found out no it's supposed to be RO/DI water only
the ideal value refers to salt water, which is not the case with osmosis water. Therefore, the information for the ideal value in the analysis protocol for osmosis water should be ignored. That is what ATI support said

Okay, that makes sense, I guess. I am not sure why they give the "ideal values", though.
