current light setup. they sit on a 2 x 4 rail shelf I built. easy to slide them back and forth and the wires are hidden behind them. fan on one end provides plenty of air to keep everything cool

I made this strainer for the vectra. it has a 1 1/2 opening on intake so I want to ensure that nothing gets sucked in.
installed next to ro top off coming out of the refugium. Sent from my SCH-I605 using Tapatalk

also had to redo plumbing on one side of the tank drains. I had a slow drip where the flex pipe connected to the pvc T. I don't like the bond flex pipe makes to hard pipe so I added barbs. no more drip!

just bumped the RO timer up to 105 mins twice per day because tank was evaporating more than RO was making

Fantastic tank! I am about to order a 400 from them on Monday. With your tank was there any cross bracing for the bottom or just the frame around the outside? My tank will be 42 wide so have been a little nervous about the bottom span but yours is even wider. Did you put starboard down before your rock or just straight on the glass?

A few updates:
105 mins x 2/day is making enough RO to replace evaporation and provide drinking water to a house of 4 plus keep H2o change bucket full I have not done a water change or any maintenance except scrape algae, dose and empty the 2 skimmer collection cups. water parameters are Calc 490, alk 9.0, nitrate 0, phos 0, salinity 1.025 temp is maintaining 76-78 with only a 1/4 hp chiller (initially I thought it was 1/3) to assist garage temp getting up to 83 during the day. it takes a long time for 800 gallons to go up in temp and it drops to 73-75 at night. if it starts creeping up I will add a 2nd chiller in line with the first. 2 small chillers will provide a fail safe in case one fails. Rd insulated curtain from Akron is on order to assist in temp control I added 2 hvac register boosters (one in, one out of the garage) through the wall to exchange air with the main house. This tank is running very efficiently so far:
Sicce 3.0 - 48 watts (replaced a Mag 12 on one of the skimmers) x 24 = 1152 watts Mag 12 on the other skimmer - 110 watts x 24 = 2640 watts (plan to replace with another sicce 3.0) L1 Vectra (3/4 power) - 98 watts (130 x 3/4) x 24 = 2352 watts Maxspect Gyre - 50 watts x 18 (3/4 power estimate on pulse mode) = (I plan to add another one) = 900 watts 2 x 500 watt heater - 1000 watts (currently not needed) = 0 watts 1/4 hp chiller - 187 watts (I might need another 1/4 hp chiller or larger) x 12 = 2244 watts (est running 1/2 day) 5 x AI Sol LED's - 375 x 12 = 4500 watts (calculated at full power half the day as an estimate) 400 watt halide x 8 hours = 3200 watts (I may add another one because I have the pendant, just need a new ballast) Lesko fan & 2x register booster est 50 watts x 24 = 1200 watts 18188 total watts = 18.2 kw/day x 30 days x $0.18/kw = $98/mo in electricity! Even with the addition of another chiller, Gyre & 400 watt halide, heaters running in winter and chillers on more in dead summer, I should average around $150/mo in electricity. I would be willing to bet that some on this forum pay that for their 200 gallon systems. This is an 800 gallon reef!
